Beverley is a specialist commercial property lawyer and has worked in the local government sector since 2007. She has extensive experience in land law issues and deals with a number of boundary disputes.
Beverley’s practice and experience can be divided into three main areas:

- Acting for clients on land law issues/boundary disputes
Beverley has and currently acts for a number of local authorities on commercial matters and projects.
She advises on all types of property transactions, combining her legal expertise with a pragmatic approach, to include:
- Acquisitions/sales of high street premises/sites/regeneration projects
- Lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform and Urban Development Act 1993
- The drafting of new and renewal commercial leases.
