Unfortunately, relationships and life don’t always work out as we planned. When this happens you need someone to help you protect your interest and also for those that matter to you most.
We can look at finding solutions for you at what can be a stressful and upsetting time. At Chilcotts Law we have Cheryl Hennesey and Kiran Dhaliwal both who have over 20 years of experience to help you. You can be assured that they will provide you with a friendly, sensitive, and compassionate level of care, along with giving you effective and professional legal advice.
Cheryl is accredited by Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers and is a Law Society Family Panel member.
Kiran specialises in children disputes and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX). Free Initial Consultation?
Before we proceed with any legal work, we offer a free short telephone consultation, typically about 15-minutes. It provides you with a chance to assess your legal options and to see whether we are offering what you want from a legal firm, in terms of knowledge, approachability and expertise and not to provide advice..
This free telephone consultation is without obligation and is intended to provide both of us with a complete overview.
