Charlotte is an experienced Commercial lawyer who has worked for several leading regional law firms on the South Coast as well as in-house for British Telecoms Plc, an AIM listed national IT company and a global engineering company. She has a wealth of knowledge within IT, Supply of Goods and Services, General Terms of Business, Partnership Agreements, Intellectual Property, Engineering, Telecoms and Privacy/Data Protection and general Compliance.
Although a Commercial lawyer, she is also qualified as a Commercial Litigator and Non practising Barrister, providing her with the unique advantage of knowing where contracts go wrong, and the ability to evaluate risk and advise accordingly.
Outside work, Charlotte is a keen sports woman, enjoying tennis, skiing, horse-riding, windsurfing and working out.
