Welcome to Ikleen Gulati – Consultant Solicitor
We are delighted to welcome Ikleen to the team. Ikleen can cover many areas of law, but she enables us to provide advice on Personal Injury matters.
Ikleen trained in London with Lawrence & Co Solicitors LLP and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017.
Ikleen has the following experience and can deal with the following matters:
- Commercial Property – grants of new Leases, Assignment of Leases etc
- Private client – Drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Personal Injury – Road Traffic Accidents, Public Liability and Employers liability matters where she may be able to act on a No Win No Fee basis if the prospects of the case are high. Ikleen has also done some Defendant work acting for certain Employers/organisations where a claim has been made against them.
- Employment matters – acting for Employers and Employees on a wide range of employment issues and drafting/advising on Settlement Agreements.
Ikleen is fluent in Panjabi and Hindi. She has key negotiation skills as is able to reach settlements quickly and efficiently and has represented clients against large corporations. Ikleen is known for her patience and professionalism amongst her clients and prides herself in Client Care.
Outside of work, Ikleen enjoys her time socialising with her friends and family. She keeps active by attending the gym and regular Zumba sessions. She is also a keen traveller.
