We are thrilled to anounce that Tea has joined the team as a Consultant CILEx Lawyer.
Tea converted her law degree and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University in London in 2013. Since then, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 and later as CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner in 2022.
She has a wide range of experience and can deal with the following residential property matters:-

Re-mortgages
Transfers of Equity
Right to Buy
Shared Ownership
Tea offers a friendly and proactive approach when dealing with clients ensuring each property transaction is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for all parties and keeping the clients fully up to date at every stage of the transaction:
Outside of work, Tea enjoys cooking, gardening, walking and cycling in the country with her family and dog Coco.
