Rosie is an experienced residential conveyancer dealing with residential conveyancing matters including the purchase and sale of all tenure properties as well as transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Rosie has 10 years’ experience in conveyancing and completed the CILEx paralegal qualification specialising in land law and conveyancing in 2020. Rosie is currently balancing completing her CLC qualification along with practicing.
Rosie has as developed a solid understanding of the importance of explaining the things not all sellers and buyers will think of and providing clients with a supportive service throughout one of the most stressful times in someone’s life.
She particularly enjoys building trusting relationships with her clients and being there to help from the start until their keys are in their hands and their property registered in their name. Rosie takes pride in being attentive, supportive, and committed to making the experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
