Adrian Beer

Adrian joined Chilcotts Law in June 2022 and brings with him a wealth of customer service and management experience gained over a varied and successful career.

Born and educated in Tavistock, Adrian is married with two grown-up children and has strong roots within the local community.

After leaving school, Adrian joined Lloyds Bank, where he spent 22 years working across Devon, Cornwall and Jersey in a range of customer-facing and operational roles. Throughout his banking career, he developed a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. His final position with Lloyds Bank was Deputy Operations Manager at the Customer Service Centre in Plymouth.

In 2005, Adrian joined Tavistock College, where he progressed to the role of Office Manager, further developing his organisational, administrative and people management skills.

Providing an excellent client experience remains at the heart of Adrian’s approach. He is committed to delivering a friendly, efficient and professional service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported and valued at every stage of their journey with the firm.

Outside of work, Adrian is a passionate football supporter and can often be found cheering on Plymouth Argyle alongside his children, all of whom are season ticket holders. He also enjoys following Tavistock AFC, attending concerts, and exploring Tavistock’s many restaurants and cafés with his wife.
