Donna Taylor
Donna joined us in September 2026 as an Associate Residential Conveyancer
Donna completed her law degree with The Open University in 2017 whilst working full time. She then went on to gain experience working within Residential Conveyancing at local Plymouth law firms gaining over 10 years’ experience in this area of law. In 2020 Donna completed her Level 6 Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) exam in Residential Conveyancing. Donna has experience of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and remortgages. In 2026 Donna became a Fellow of CILEX and has now graduated from CILEX.
Assisting clients through such a significant milestone in a person’s life can feel overwhelming for the client. Donna’s mission is to try and turn this complexity into something more manageable and to provide clarity over the course of the transaction. Donna’s aim is to manage all matters with meticulous attention to detail whilst ensuring the client’s best interests are always at the forefront of the matter.
Donna prides herself on proactive communication, transparent guidance and by taking the heavy lifting of the legal matters of the transaction this ensures clients can focus on the next chapter of their lives as stress-free as possible.
Donna is keen to progress her career with Chilcotts working alongside local estate agents, mortgage brokers and the local community to assist clients in their residential matters.
In her spare time Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Donna likes to attend concerts, comedy shows, travelling and going on coastal walks.
