Wills Fees
If you wish to make a Will then the process could not be simpler and our team are more than happy to help arrange your first appointment. After your appointment is made you will be sent a short questionnaire to complete and return or bring to your appointment. This will guide you to think about the most common elements of your Will and what is required from you to think about before you attend the office.
After your initial meeting the Will is sent to you in draft for approval before a signing appointment is then agreed with you. Once signed, the Will is stored at this office free of charge, and registered on the Certainty Will database free of charge. No one can see your Will in the database as it simply records the fact that we have the original stored here.
You are always provided with a copy and you have the peace of mind that the original will is stored in our fireproof document safe until needed or until it is updated. You should look to keep your Will under review as circumstances change in your life, such as a marriage, divorce or your beneficiaries change from your initial wishes. Our fees for preparing your Will are as follows:-

Where VAT is said to apply it will be charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.
