Anne is an experienced and tenacious Advocate representing families at every level of organisational hearings and appeals. Anne is unphased by bureaucracy and brings her knowledge, empathy and passion to bear on behalf of clients, families and fellow professionals all over the UK.
In addition to her legal work, Anne is an eminent speaker in the arena of medico-legal training utilising her wealth of experience and aptitude for the ever changing climate clinicians are currently facing. With over 35 years experience of working in both the clinical and legal arenas, Anne set up Paladin Law in 2015 – a specialist Community Law practice based in the South West. Following the merger of Paladin Law with Chilcotts Solicitors in June 2016, Anne became a Director of the newly formed company together with her co-director David Wilde. The specialist areas of practice and services will continue to form part of the new Chilcotts Law practice and will work across all sectors of health and social care, with clients and professionals alike, in order to ensure the elderly and vulnerable in society are protected and informed so as to maximise their participation and quality of life.
